The services and tasks of Epitome Home Care are ( but not limited to):
- Personal Care
- Helping to get into and out of bed each morning and evening
- Ensuring that medicines are taken at the correct time ( medication can only be given to patients as part of an agreed care plan)
- Assistance with bathing and getting dressed
- Help doing the shopping
- House Keeping
- Laundry
- Companionship
- Gardening
- Meal preparations
- Home help
*The service will be available 1/2hr to 24hrs, 7days per week including all statutory holidays.
